We work with producers in Tanzania, Uganda and Congo.

The cocoa pods are picked from the trees.

The beans have been removed from the pods and are fermented

The beans are then handpicked in the warehouse

The beans are bagged and weighed

The sacks are labelled ready for shipping

The village data is all compiled and records are kept
